Introducing Salsa Sabor Sunday Training Sessions
You asked for it, so we've made it happen. Another Salsa Sabor Sunday Training Session tomorrow Jan 11th. Two hours of Salsa starts off with some warm up footwork. The basics are not covered so you need to know them, we will teach some more advanced footwork. Next we work on drills to improve your turning and technique. There will be a review of recent combos taught at Copacabana Salsa Wednesdays. Training sessions end with open practice time where we have Salsa music. Please feel free to ask any Salsa Sabor members to dance and answer your questions about leading and following. We are there to help you become better dancers.
